Payment Schedule

Paying for your villa is directly related to phases of construction.  A detailed payment schedule will be included in the land and building contract (for info on contracts, click here).  To make it easier, we will give you a one page cost sheet outlining the payment instalments when we draft your contracts.

On signing your reservations contract, your agent will ask for 2% of full house and land value. This will secure your plot for 30 days  and allow us to start drafting your contracts.

The payments work as follows:

  • On signing the contract - Apx 30% of full house and land value.
  • 20% of Contract Value on completion of the footings and pillars
  • 20% of Contract Value on completion of the roof structure
  • 12.5% of Contract Value on completion of tiling, water and electrical points
  • 12.5% of Contract Value when the house is Substantially Complete
  • 5% on the transfer of company and turnover of the house to the customer

If you order extras, we ask that you provide 50% of the extras value on submitting your order then the final 50% when delivered.  This will be incorporated in your costing sheet.  This also relates to any building modifications which incur extra charges.
